I've had an idea for something called the Bank Monument Challenge.
Now that the Waterloo and City line is finally up and running again, this idea came into my head. You need to arrive at or depart from Bank and Monument on every line and service served by it. The route I came up with was this:
Start at Shadwell, take DLR to Bank,
Take District line to Cannon Street or Tower Hill, whichever is first.
Take Circle line back to Monument.
Take the Central line to Tottenham Court Road, then the Northern to Waterloo, to take the Waterloo and City line back to Bank.
Finally, take the Northern line to London Bridge or Moorgate depending on which comes first, to complete the challenge.

Re: Alternative Challenge Idea - Bank Monument
That's a rather long loop in there, going through Tottenham Court Road. My initial thoughts for a route are...
Waterloo Bank St. Paul's (run) Mansion House Monument Tower Hill (run) Tower Gateway Shadwell Bank Moorgate/London Bridge
...although I have no idea how feasible connections at Shadwell are.

Cross platform at Shadwell, easy peasy.
Held some Alternative Challenge records for a long time.
Doesn't any more.

I was thinking in terms of timing. There might be lengthy waits, especially as it's a connection not likely to be used except by Tube Challengers. Although, now I think about it, that's unlikely.
