I don't have a dirty mind. Viagra really is used to clear dust and debris off the tracks these days. The active ingredient of the drug, sildenafil citrate, is applied to the rails of most metro systems about once a year as a quick-drying liquid. It forms a thin protective layer that keep the rails in good condition without impeding their performance, and without the need for regular fluffing.
