Re: Christmas Park Challenge 2015
I vote for a Tufnell Park start. It's going to be hell whatever we do and this way we have some control over it.
All London buses: 23 hours 25 minutes (with Adham, David, Josh and Tangy)
Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.

Have voted in poll.
Re parkrun venue, I'm having a quick look at the map to find something suitable for a Tufnell Park start. The nearest venue is Hampstead Heath - but you did that last year. The other venues that would allow you to probably reach Tufnell Park in time (given that it's closed this year) would be:
Finsbury Park (already done)
Highbury Fields
Ally Pally (already done)
Wanstead Flats (though only if the GOBLIN is running that day)
Oak Hill (though this cuts it quite close)

You would need to reach Finsbury Park by 1010 for the number 4 bus to get to Tufnell Park by 1030, if you are going to Oak Hill. That or get to Totteridge and Whetstone by 1005 (perhaps by 125 bus)? Either way, it looks close.

If only the GOBLIN station at Tufnell Park was reopened!

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

If we do not finish or start at Tufnell Park, we'll have to head there, take a picture, then head away! Given the nearest stations are Kentish Town and Archway (also a decent bus connection to Finsbury Park and a possible run to Gospel Oak), both 10 minutes walk away, that could be a disaster.
Do we have to take a picture of Tufnell Park while standing outside the station, or can we take a nice snapshot from the window of a passing bus?

I think you have to start immediately outside the station. As you can choose when to start, you can potentially wait until you see a bus in the distance, then start your watch, take the photo and run to the bus stop.

But we can return to do the pass through at a later stage?
