I don't either, unless it's an obscure reference to them only briefly meeting at Stratford and Bond StreetTube Geek wrote:I don't get the Central/Jubilee thing

Maybe. The "let's just say I didn't mind her gap" line makes no sense then though. Not that it does anywayIain wrote:I don't either, unless it's an obscure reference to them only briefly meeting at Stratford and Bond StreetTube Geek wrote:I don't get the Central/Jubilee thing

Well if you want to be strictly literal, tube lines aren't people either!

Re: If tube lines were people...
Without overanalysing, I took it as the, er, "interchange" (to keep the railway analogy) involved in a "Brief Encounter" (to keep the railway analogy) between a stereotypical "Essex Girl" from the eastern end of the Central line and a cynical sly "Silver Fox" ageing lothario on the Jubilee line (who is probably a banker who works in Canary Wharf and lives somewhere between Baker Street and West Hampstead). Hmm, actually that probably is overanalysing. Anyway, I enjoyed the video generally, although I thought the DLR automation was somewhat overplayed.Iain wrote:I suspect that was a sex reference
First to 100000 in the 2015+ Tumbleweed contest. Winner of a few rounds of a diverse range of quizzes/games. Some decent times in alternative challenges as a fiftysomething who merely walks briskly. Briefly led All The Actons.
