Yes but then there would be no point in having a big get together at Bushy for my 99th

A sub 30 minutes run eludes me! Doesn't help that the pace setter went off too fast at Sailsbury!

What he needs is Kevin to run 30m 01s as he usually is ahead of Kevin in tube challenge parkruns

Forget it that wont be happening
My times have peaked out, only 33:14 at Bedfont today, too old, too overweight and a very old long term injury that impedes my stride pattern....
I am now consistently running 2 mins slower than 6 months ago............ I am struggling to get anywhere near 32 mins on flat courses and I am trying just a hard as ever...
Just enjoying the stats for different courses and total runs column now....

And here's the updated table: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

PBs everywhere. I was at work, so no run for me.

Knocked nearly a minute off my previous PB, but as I didn't get there in time to warm up properly I'm still feeling it now. Won't be running next week but I feel that the sub 30 time is in reach before the end of the year.
Holder of the slowest recorded 274 attempt: 4 months, 1 day, 9 hours, 17 minutes, 32 seconds.

You can't edit it - only I can, or it would be abused by people. :)

I'll change your category to "old fart", yes?

I made a map showing the type of course each parkrun is. Some are very hard to categorise, but the categories are based on the options given out in a recent survey by parkrun HQ.

(I used a template, of the pin locations which was made by someone else)

Well, I intend to be there, although ...

Current forecast for Saturday: rain, strong SW wind with up to 50mph gusts.

Yes, seriously.
